OUR PROCESS

A clear path from design to construction to long-term care.

I.

DESIGN

We begin by studying the property, the architecture, and the way you want to live outside. Through survey, site planning, and early design, we define the layout, materials, scope, budget, and team required to bring the project into focus.

II.

BUILD

Construction is managed under one umbrella by Cooper & Company. Our in-house crews and skilled trades build the landscapes we design, from grading, drainage, and irrigation to masonry, planting, lighting, and final detailing.

This keeps the work aligned with the original vision, properly sequenced, and built with lasting performance in mind.

III.

MAINTAIN

Maintenance is a continuation of the design-build process. Through regular care, seasonal oversight, and close attention as the garden matures, we protect the structure, health, and beauty of the landscapes we create.
